This is the privacy policy for the Kedge marketing site, the waitlist, and the Kedge app itself.

The app: local-first, by design

Kedge runs locally on your Mac. Your code, credentials, and projects are read and processed on your machine and are not uploaded to Kedge servers. When Kedge orchestrates Claude, Codex, or Gemini, your work goes directly from your Mac to the AI subscription you connected, never through us. We never resell or meter that inference.

What the waitlist collects

When you join the waitlist we store one thing: the email address you give us. We use it only to email you about Kedge: when it's ready to download, plus the occasional update. No spam, no selling or sharing your address.

Site analytics

This marketing site uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page views and traffic sources) to see what's working. That's separate from the waitlist and from the Kedgeapp, which doesn't phone home.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it any time and we delete your address from the list. You can also email hello@kedgehq.com to be removed.

Abuse prevention

We apply basic rate limiting to the signup form to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address as part of the waitlist record.
